Buyers agents

At Matson Homes, we are dedicated to turning our clients' dreams into reality and we recognize the tireless efforts of Realtors who strive for the same goal. We value partnering with and rewarding agents who introduce their clients to Matson Homes. 

We offer commissions to agents not only for our spec homes but also for custom home builds, whether on our lots or land their clients already own.

We provide a 3% commission to buyer's agents for bringing clients to our spec homes or available build lots and a 4% commission for custom build contracts.

For custom build projects, 3% of the commission is paid upon contract signing and deposit, with the remaining 1% paid at final closing and occupancy. The initial 3% is based on the contract amount, while the final 1% is calculated on the total build cost, ensuring you earn on any upgrades or downgrades made by your clients.
